About Us

Valeos Transplant Society is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization.

Organ transplant is the result of society’s most beautiful and generous gift: organ donation. Yet, far too often the potential of these gifts is never fully reached. And with more than 100,000 Americans awaiting transplant (and many others never even listed), we believe advancing today’s transplant ecosystem requires both iterative advancement and bold transformation.

Valeos is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit radically improving outcomes and access for organ transplant patients. We’re rallying the entire transplant community — from candidates, recipients, living donors, and donor families to transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, industry, and others — to work together to save and improve more lives.

Our approach? We’re driving new learnings and innovation by better connecting transplant stakeholders to collaboratively answer transplant’s hardest questions. Most importantly, for patients, this will create more high-quality and equitable transplants, reduced waitlist times, and improved post-transplant life expectancy and quality of life.
